Digital GPS Speedometer

easy to install, instant speed

New England Instrument Co supplies a GPS Speedometer, which provides a vehicle independent speed readout, that is quick to instal for vehicles that are not fitted with conventional speedometers. Using data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network, the GPS Speedometer calculates three-dimensional ground speed and displays it on a clear to read, digital display. This high technology solution eradicates the dependency on vehicle specific parameters, thereby reducing installation time and eradicating the need for periodic calibration.

Fully Featured GPS Speedometer with Odometer

easy to install, with odometer

The fully featured GPS Speedometer provides a highly visible and configurable speed and distance readout, independent of the vehicle. No installation other than power provision is required. Two independent distance readouts as well as speed and other statistics are available.

Fully Featured Speed Alert with Integrated GPS

Speed readout, with buzzer

New England Instrument Co offers a GPS Speed Alert that simply plugs into the cigarette lighter and away you go. It has the preset limit visible at the top of the display at all times and has an easy to read digitial readout of your current speed. The unit has an internal GPS and an optional buzzer for over speed warning. It has the option of both miles per hour and kilometers per hour.

GPS Speed Switch

Calibration free speed-sensor and switch combined in a single package

New England Instrument Co offers a GPS Speed Switch that provides a simple to install, calibration free speed based switch. Speed thresholds are set using internal switches in either km/h or mi/h. Using data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network, the GPS Speed Switch calculates three-dimensional ground speed. If the speed exceeds the threshold, open collector outputs are switched.

Analog GPS Speedometer

easy to install, instant speed

New England Instrument Co offers a GPS Speedometers that is quick to install, vehicle independent speed readout in automotive and marine applications. Using data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network, the GPS Speedometer calculates accurate ground speed and displays it on a clear to read, analog display. This high technology solution eradicates the dependency on vehicle specific parameters, thereby reducing installation time and eradicating the need for periodic calibration.

GPS Speed Senders - automotive

GPS Speed Sender- active

The GPS Speed Sender (GSS) provides a reliable calibration free replacement for mechanical speed senders. Using data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network, the GPS Speed Sender calculates three-dimensional ground speed and provides a pulsed output compatible with existing mechanical speed senders. This high technology solution eradicates the dependency on vehicle specific parameters thereby reducing installation time and eradicating the need for periodic calibration.

GPS Speed Senders - marine

GPS Speed Sender- active

The GPS Speed Sender (GSS) provides a reliable calibration free replacement for mechanical speed senders. Using data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network, the GPS Speed Sender calculates two-dimensional ground speed and provides a pulsed output compatible with most speedometers. This high technology solution will work with all hull configurations and eradicates the need for pitot tubes or other mechanical measurement devices.

GPS Trip Meter

GPS Trip Meter

New England Instrument Co distributes a GPS Trip Meter with a highly visible and configurable distance readout, independent of the vehicle. No installation is required. Two independent distance readouts as well as speed and other statistics are available.

Speedometer Calibrator

True speed no matter what you've done to your vehicle

The Speedometer Calibrator, manufactured by Hummingbird Electronics, corrects signals from both hall-effect and inductive speed sensors, compensating for both manufacturer and user induced errors.
